  • Property Access Data: To perform services, we collect necessary access information, including alarm codes, key locations, physical keys, gate codes, door lock codes, and garage codes.

  • Media: Before-and-after photos or videos of your property used for internal quality assurance, staff training, and marketing purposes. All photos are strictly anonymized and will never display identifiable personal information (such as full names, house numbers, family photographs, children's rooms, or identifiable views outside windows).

  • Financial Data: Payment information is processed securely via Jobber (powered by Stripe). We also process information related to check and ACH payments. We do not store full credit card numbers on our local servers.

     

How We Use Your Information

We use the data collected to:

  • Schedule, perform, and verify the quality of cleaning services.

  • Provide secure entry to your property.

  • Process payments, invoices, and financial records.

  • Send SMS appointment reminders, service updates, and email newsletters.

  • Analyze website traffic and improve our online presence via Google Analytics and Meta Pixel.

     

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share your information only in the following necessary operational circumstances:

  • Employees: Client addresses and property entry codes are shared strictly with employees assigned to your service.

  • Service Providers: We share data with third-party tools essential to our operations, including Jobber (CRM and scheduling) and Stripe (payment processing).

  • Website Platform: Our site is hosted on Wix.com, which provides the database and security infrastructure for our website.

  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety and rights of our clients and staff.

 

Mobile Information / SMS Opt-In: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.


Security of Access Information

We understand the sensitive nature of property access data (keys and codes). JSK Cleaning Inc. employs strict internal access protocols to ensure this information is only accessible to specific staff members assigned to your property on the day of service.


Data Retention

We retain client contact details, service logs, and payment history for as long as necessary to fulfill business operations and satisfy statutory tax and legal obligations.

  • Property Access Data: Alarm codes, lock combinations, and physical key records are permanently deleted or destroyed from active systems within 30 days of service cancellation or contract termination.

  • Internal Quality Assurance Photos: Photos taken strictly for internal quality control or training that are not selected for public promotional use are deleted within 90 days.

  • Anonymized Marketing Media: Anonymized before-and-after photos used for website showcases, training, or advertising may be retained and used indefinitely, subject to your right to opt out through written request.
